Brunch: April 18th


Long time no art! Hope everyone else has had a creative, inspiring couple of months. Now that my Seasonal Affective Disorder is wearing off, I am ready to work again. This was my yummy brunch this morning: Nettle Polenta in a Dill Hollandaise topped with a 60-minute egg. Which tastes smoother than a poached egg. And no, I did not cook this myself.

This tasted like heaven.
