Ripple

"Ripple" was the Illustration Friday prompt of the week. While not really an illustration, it does tell a story.

This piece represents a textual dialogue between two people where words and thoughts can linger and grow and manifest into something into something all encompassing. The rewind at the end expresses remorse about the conversation and literally wishing to turn back the hands of time.

I read an ad that said, "It's easier to see eye to eye when you meet face to face." I agree. Discussions in text have repercussions, or ripples, that can spread into unintended waters.
